Christmas Support Options
Although we are closed from 1pm on Tuesday 24th December and re-open at 9am on Thursday 2nd January 2020, the following support options are available during this period:
- Log your problem on EDITH via https://service-desk.edgehostedservices.com
- Email support@edgeITsystems.com
- If it is urgent call 024 7658 3880 between 9am and 5pm, except on bank holidays, to speak to the on call support staff.
- If it is not urgent call 024 7666 7337, select 2 for technical support and leave a message which will be dealt with on our return on 2nd January 2020.
Please note that unless you are an Epitaph Enterprise client or we have made alternative arrangements for you, any services required during this period may be charged at a premium rate.
Our standard contracts do not cover the Christmas period and therefore we will respond to emails, voice mail and jobs on EDITH when we return on Thursday 2nd January.
