With the recent floods and the ongoing health risk caused by the Coronavirus, we just wanted to remind all users of the ability to logon to Office 365 from home using your personal computer either windows or mac, tablets and mobiles.
One of the many benefits of your emails and documents being hosted online through Microsoft, is it that it gives you complete control and flexibility in where you choose to access you work. By signing into Office 365, you can quickly and easily logon as though you were in the office.
We strongly recommend that with the increased threat of Coronavirus that you forward this email to all colleagues and take steps to allow you to access your work from your personal devices using the following steps.
From any computer with an internet connection to access the Office 365 suite you can type ‘Office 365’ into a google search page or click the following link: www.office.com. When on the webpage click ‘Sign In’
Enter your email address and password:
Then from the home page you can then access Outlook (Emails), OneDrive (Personal files) and SharePoint (Shared files).
