If our helpdesk needs to take remote control of your computer, please click the ‘Initiate Remote Support’ button below. This will take you to a page where you can enter the code we provide and your name, then click the button to download the Zoho Assist program. Once downloaded, double-click the file, click Yes to allow permissions, and follow the prompts to start the session.
