If our helpdesk needs to take remote control of your computer please enter your name in the box below. Then click ‘Initiate Support’ and when prompted click ‘Run’ (twice). Finally click ‘Yes’ when we ask for permission to take control.

Our helpdesk allows you to raise, view and edit jobs directly onto our desktop for the engineers to see. This allow you to see what jobs we currently have outstanding. It is also updated in real time, so any changes or notes we add to a job you can see straight away.
