If our helpdesk needs to take remote control of your computer please click the ‘Initiate Remote Support’ button below. This will download a program called ‘TakeControl.exe’ Once this has downloaded, double click the file to open, click ‘Yes’ to allow permission and then click ‘Yes’ to allow the app to make changes.

Service Desk
Our helpdesk allows you to raise, view and edit jobs directly onto our desktop for the engineers to see. This allow you to see what jobs we currently have outstanding. It is also updated in real time, so any changes or notes we add to a job you can see straight away.
